If you are interested in joining our wonderful school as an international (non-resident of Canada) student, please fill out these forms and submit them to Mrs. Jennifer Bergner at: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

We offer both year long and short-term programs. Students at every grade level are supported in improving their English language skills by qualified instructors while being immersed in an english language classroom. Special support is given by a qualified english language teacher to those students who need it as well as throughout the school day to all international students. There is a maximum of two international students per class, and space is available on a first come basis.

International parents or guardians should submit these forms along with a non-refundable deposit cheque of $1000. A skype or telephone interview with our English Language Learners teacher and Principal is also necessary.

Students should have medical coverage insurance for the entire time they reside in Canada. Please submit health coverage info (policy number & insurance company) before beginning school.

Please purchase the items on this list and send to school with your student(s) in September. Any necessary items are listed by grade level.

Please hand one of these sheets in by FRIDAY of every week with at least $20 in pledges (and the actual money) for your child to be eligible for free dress days, wii bowling time and other prizes.

After each child has collected $80, their name goes into a draw for more prizes! Help us reach our goal of $80 per child!

Parent drivers: please be so kind as to read and sign this form. A copy of this form along with a copy of your driver's licence should be left with the office before driving any children other than your own in your car for any reason.

Use this form to order your Shop n' Support Gift Cards. It's easy! Just fill in the form, attach a cheque and send to school with your child OR drop by  the school in person anytime during school hours.

Please uses this form to order Subway Subs on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You can submit a completed form and cheque (made out to: JKCS) to the school office. Please make careful note of the dates that you expect your child to receive a sub.

This is the information about our Summer Reading Program where students can earn bars for reading throughout the summer.

Use this form to write down the titles and number of pages for the books students are reading throughout the summer. A parent's signature is needed for each completed book. Once complete, please drop this tracking sheet(s) in the drop box in the lobby in September. 

Please fill out this form and submit it to the office if you plan to take your child out of school on non-school calendar vacation. (e.g. going for a week's vacation in Mexico in February.)
